I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, weaving together evidence-based practices with intuitive, ancestral, and energetic wisdom. For those birthing in a hospital setting, I bring special attention to creating a calm, safe, and beautiful environment, helping you feel rooted and secure in a space that may feel unfamiliar or clinical. I’ve supported births at home, in birth centers, and in hospitals, and I approach each setting with a commitment to transforming it into a sanctuary where you feel empowered, protected, and connected. A meaningful part of my role is holding space for partners, honoring their place in the birth journey and helping create a circle of loving support.
I am rooted in the understanding that birth is ceremony.
I have had the honor of supporting many births—each one unique, each one a portal of transformation. I invite you to step into this sacred work with me, to be held, seen, and deeply supported as you bring life into the world.
With a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a background as a Montessori teacher, I bring a deep respect for the holistic development of children and a sense of reverence for each family’s journey. This knowledge allows me to support you from a foundation of wisdom and heart, honoring the spirit and beauty of new life from pregnancy onward.
